Cancellation Procedures
You can follow the steps below to cancel your order:
- Registered user: Go to the order details on the My Orders page and click the Cancel button for the relevant order.
- Cancellation is possible if the product has not been shipped and is still in the preparation stage.
- Guest user: For cancellations, please contact us via the contact form or email.
Return Procedures
You can follow the steps below to make a product return:
- Registered user: Go to the order details on the My Orders page, select the items to be returned and submit a Return Request.
- The required information must be completed via the form to finalize the process.
- Guest user: For returns, please contact us via the contact form or email.
Exchange Procedures
Our system does not support automatic exchanges. You can submit exchange requests as follows:
- Send a message from the contact page or submit your request by email.
- Our customer service team will review your request and get back to you.
Note:
- Cancellations can only be made before the product is shipped or while it is in the preparation stage.
- Return requests can only be created after the product has been delivered. Return process details can be followed from the order detail page.
