Cancellation Procedures

You can follow the steps below to cancel your order:

Registered user: Go to the order details on the My Orders page and click the Cancel button for the relevant order.
Cancellation is possible if the product has not been shipped and is still in the preparation stage.
Guest user: For cancellations, please contact us via the contact form or email.

Return Procedures

You can follow the steps below to make a product return:

Registered user: Go to the order details on the My Orders page, select the items to be returned and submit a Return Request.
The required information must be completed via the form to finalize the process.
Guest user: For returns, please contact us via the contact form or email.

Exchange Procedures

Our system does not support automatic exchanges. You can submit exchange requests as follows:

Send a message from the contact page or submit your request by email.
Our customer service team will review your request and get back to you.

Note:

Cancellations can only be made before the product is shipped or while it is in the preparation stage.
Return requests can only be created after the product has been delivered. Return process details can be followed from the order detail page.
