This Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made between [Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as the “Site / Business” or “Tane Tasarım”) and the natural person user who becomes a member of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Member” or “User”), regarding the use of services provided through the Site. By registering or logging into the Site, the Member is deemed to have accepted this Agreement.

Member: Refers to the natural person who registers and creates an account on the Site.
Service: Covers product sales, campaigns, notifications, membership management, and related electronic services provided by the Site.
This Agreement regulates the conditions under which the Member may use the Site's services, the rights and obligations of both the Member and the Site, account security, content sharing, termination of membership, and other provisions.
The Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, particularly their password. Any unauthorized access by third parties must be immediately reported to the Site. All transactions made under the Member’s account are deemed to have been carried out by the Member; it is the Member’s responsibility to inform the Site immediately in the event of misuse or a security breach.
The Member may terminate their membership at any time. The Site reserves the right to temporarily or permanently terminate membership in case of violations of this Agreement, fraud, deceit, or infringement of third-party rights.
Membership is generally free of charge (unless otherwise stated). Payments and refunds related to orders placed through the Site are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement and applicable legislation. Payment transactions are carried out via PayTR or other secure payment systems provided by the Site; card information is not stored by the Site (or if stored, the Member will be informed).
If the Member is a consumer under distance selling, they are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (typically within 14 days from the delivery date). Details about withdrawal rights, return conditions, and shipping costs are provided in the Site’s Return & Cancellation Policy. If the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, the return shipping cost will be covered by the Site; otherwise, the Member may be responsible for the return cost when exercising the right of withdrawal (subject to the Site’s policy).
All texts, visuals, trademarks, logos, and software on the Site belong to [Company Name]. The Member may not reproduce, distribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The Member’s personal data will be processed and stored in accordance with the Site’s Privacy Policy. The Member declares that they have read and accepted the Privacy Policy regarding data processing and their rights.
Notifications from the Site to the Member will be made via the registered email address or through in-site notifications/account panel. The Member must ensure their contact information is accurate and notify the Site promptly of any changes.
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Site shall not be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or damages arising from actions of third parties. The Member accepts the risks that may arise from the use of the Site.
Neither party shall be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events such as strikes, natural disasters, war, terrorism, governmental actions, or communication network failures. In such cases, parties are temporarily exempted from fulfilling their obligations.
The Site may update the provisions of this Agreement when deemed necessary. Major changes will be communicated to the Member via email or Site notifications. If the Member continues to use the Site after such changes are published, they are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of disputes, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution; if unresolved, the competent authority shall be the Consumer Arbitration Board or Consumer Court located at the Member’s place of residence.
Approval and Record: The Member must confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted this Membership Agreement and the Privacy Policy during registration. Records of consent (approval time, IP address, agreement version, etc.) will be stored.
