Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer Information
The information entered by the customer into the system at the time of the order shall be taken as the basis.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to the sale and delivery of the product or service ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER's website, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Products and Services

The type, kind, quantity, price, payment method and delivery information of the products are notified to the BUYER prior to ordering and appear on the order confirmation screen.

4. Delivery

The product(s) are delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER at the time of order via the courier company within the specified period. The delivery time is generally 3 business days. SELLER cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure or the courier company.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale.

6. Return Conditions

• The product to be returned must be sent together with the invoice.
• Returns are not accepted for products that are used, whose packaging is damaged, or that have lost their resaleable condition.
• When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the return shipping cost is borne by the SELLER.

7. Jurisdiction

Turkish law shall apply in the implementation and interpretation of this agreement. In disputes between the parties, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the place of residence of the BUYER shall have jurisdiction.
